My dear friend, Annisa, gave me wonderful news today.
As many of you may already know, Annisa and I share a very deep connection in our mutual passion about the planet.
Annisa has taken leadership of a very worthwhile pod entitled "How to Save the World?"
I, on the other hand, have been laying relatively low - on Zaadz at least - with respect to voicing my deepest concerns about the various crises, climate, cultural, and contextual. I have a tendency to take into my body all the negative thought forms that come into my personal space (visual, auditory, aromatic and energetic) and make myself ill with all the Sadness that exists in the World Today.
However, today, I am choosing Not to do so.... As I mentioned, my dear friend Annisa gave me wonderful news today. Check out her news!
And then, follow this lead to an organization that gives me hope, that I hope will give you hope and inspiration and motivation to Do What you Can.

It doesn't have to be that way. I used to get very sick from the energies around me too. I was like a sponge, and I took it on and took it on until I was dying. When I met my teacher, Joey Klein, he helped me and taught me how to build strength in my subtle bodies, create energetic boundaries, and connect with my soul in such a way that most of these energies are transmuted before they get to me physically now. I still have to do the work and be aware, but it's better than laying down and dying!
I'd be happy to share a couple of very simple (meditation) exercises with you that helped me enormously, if you want. Just give me a holler.
