I have been a management consultant and human performance expert with over 12 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies all over the world. Due to a number of remarkable events that occurred over the past 7 years, I have changed my life significantly, setting a new course for my professional endeavors. Rather than help Fortune 500 companies get richer by optimizing the performance of their “human capital”, I partner with human beings to optimize their lives -personally and  professionally. 

I grew up on the East Coast of the United States, in upstate New York and moved to San Francisco in July of 1995. San Francisco has always been my spiritual home, it just took my body about 25 years to reunite with my soul. My parents still live in New York and I like to visit them in the summertime because my body can no longer withstand sub-zero temperatures. I have a younger sister living in Minneapolis with her husband and a younger brother who, after attending university in Boston, Massachusetts for a year, went to Nashville, Tennessee to explore the roots of American folk music. After his year of independence and exploration, meeting some musicians and touring with a band for a spell, he's returning to BU to complete his undergraduate education and then see what life has in store for him. He's an awesome young adult and I feel blessed to be his sister.

I am a conscientious student of life, trying to live as green as it is possible to live in an urban environment in the United States of America (my significant other, Mario, originally from El Salvador, has taught me not to refer to this country simply as America since there are millions of “American” citizens from Canada to Argentina and all points in between).

I am so happy to have found this community, a community of like-minded people who are all experiencing this wonderful, sometimes frightening, but generally exhilerating, game of life. I look forward to meeting a lot of friends here with whom to share stories of hope and inspiration. Perhaps, over time, some of my in-the-flesh friends will also join this community.

For my part, I hope to do what I can to foster the growth of thoughts and ideas that this site promotes…conscientiously changing the world for the greater good. Here's wishing all of us well in our endeavors towards enlightenment!
